History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Aust was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.
