Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Raer learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Raer was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
