History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets
