Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
