Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He is a Succubi in disguise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
