Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
