Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears tattered old clothes. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gennal took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gennal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in a small island village. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
