Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Interpreter soon after.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
