Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case, and is pretty ugly. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His ears are large.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a great chef.
History: Born in the east to a Tanner, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and expand his business

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His red hair is still thick. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and revenge
