History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'10" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Rolen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
