He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. He has wavy red hair. He has blue eyes and a yellow hat with a tan feather.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
