History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Slave Trader and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
