History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Laucian has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He very much looks the part of a Butcher. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'11" when asserting himself. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Fivin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fivin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
