Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired him part-time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the west. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
