History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He dresses well, wearing violet shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Soveliss embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
