Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Rolen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
