Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A true patriot, Varis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This man is very fat, and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has no hair. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
