History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
