Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A true patriot, Soveliss would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Soveliss studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He now mingles about in high society.
