Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Efferil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
