History: Born to a Shoemaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Nim was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by his family
