Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Unemployed, Nutae learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
