History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aerdeth is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
