His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
