History: He was born in the west. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He became a Ruler soon after.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
