History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Paelias was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
