Description: This malnourished man wears a blue top hat and blue clothes. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
