History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears just a blue suit. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Naal is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
