Description: This western man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He has brown eyes and a blue hat with a white feather.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is red and very short. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ivellios isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he seems to be bored by most things
