Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
