History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is short and auburn. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir father left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
