Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Naeris is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Naeris lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naeris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Naeris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naeris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
