History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
