The war was a terrible time for him, and Lamlis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
