History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Caeldrim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Caeldrim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the east to a Tanner, Nim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Tanner soon after.
