Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears long strands of jet and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His golden hair is cut short. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
