History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Detective soon after.
