Description: This man is very fat, and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
