He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Beiro was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Priest. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
