Description: An older man who wears long strands of jet and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His ears are large.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Caeldrim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Caeldrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.
