Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Aerdeth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
