Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
