History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in halberd use. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
