History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thervan studied abroad. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Thervan has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thervan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
