Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
