Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Lucan was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Detective, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
