Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Halimath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.
