Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Beiro learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
