Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Uthemar was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
