History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Description: This younger middle-aged man dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears his brown hair up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Thervan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
